Terms of Commercial Engagement

1. General Commercial Notice
This website is operated by PT Intan Nusantara Indonesia ("PT INI") for informational purposes regarding our Indonesian steam coal export and trade coordination activities. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commercial offer to sell, an irrevocable tender, or a commitment of specific cargo allocation.
2. Contractual Execution Required
All commercial transactions, sales, supply obligations, pricing agreements, laycans, and cargo specifications become legally binding only upon the bilateral execution of a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) duly signed by authorized corporate representatives, accompanied by agreed trade finance instruments (such as an Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit).
3. Representative Specifications & Tolerances
All technical specifications, parameter ranges (including Gross Calorific Value, Total Moisture, Ash Content, Volatile Matter, and Total Sulfur), vessel capacities, and delivery timelines published on this site are indicative and representative of typical Indonesian export grades. Actual contractual parameters are determined on a per-consignment basis and governed exclusively by pre-shipment certificates issued by appointed independent survey bodies (such as SGS, PT Sucofindo, or PT Surveyor Indonesia).
4. Regulatory & Export Compliance
All export consignments are subject to prevailing regulations established by the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Kementerian ESDM), Ministry of Trade (Kementerian Perdagangan), and Directorate General of Customs and Excise. Transactions are further subject to international trade compliance, sanctions regulations, and standard anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
5. Governing Law
Any general disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Specific dispute resolution mechanisms for commercial coal sales (such as SIAC or BANI arbitration) are stipulated individually within respective commercial contracts.
