Buyer submits required calorific band (GAR/NAR), moisture and ash limits, total sulfur cap, delivery window, and discharge port draft limits.

Technical desk evaluates combustion compatibility, ash fusion temperatures (AFT), river transit timing, and discharge port draft constraints.

We identify matching coal seams across our 21 partner concessions in Kalimantan, matching stockpile volume and crushing schedules to cargo specifications.

Issuance of a formal Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) with FOB/CFR pricing indexed to ICI benchmarks, payment terms, and laycan windows.

Exchange of corporate documents, verification of IUP-OP concessions on the ESDM MODI portal, royalty status checks, and mutual KYC clearance.

Execution of a bilateral Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) under Incoterms 2020. Buyer establishes an irrevocable letter of credit at sight or pays a T/T deposit.

Segregated coal is staged at the designated river jetty. Sizing is checked (0–50 mm) and conveyor loading onto 300ft/330ft river barges begins.

An accredited surveyor (SGS, Sucofindo, or Carsurin) takes mechanical falling-stream samples during loading per ISO 13909 and ASTM D2234.

Buyer nominates the ocean vessel (Q88 particulars). Laycan is confirmed, the vessel tenders Notice of Readiness (NOR) on arrival, and holds are inspected.

Floating cranes (25–35 MT grabs) load cargo into vessel holds at Taboneo or Satui anchorages. Initial and final draft surveys determine certified weight (COW).

Customs export clearance (PEB/NPE) and Laporan Surveyor (LS) are issued. Clean On-Board Bills of Lading (B/L) are released as the vessel departs.

Vessel arrives at the discharge port. Original documents are presented for bank negotiation under the letter of credit or T/T settlement.
